What a hoot. I'm a 'mad old bag' in the UK who's been tatting for well over 50 years!!! I'm proud of being mad and also of being a tatter!!!
BUT I'm not a 'lady'!!!!
If you want to see modern tatting then please visit my blog and web site.

Thanks for visiting and leaving your comment, Jane, thereby netting yourself the official (virtual) Inaugural Mad Old Bag Recognition Award

Did you see the older post on Yarnbombing? - Could tatters perhaps embellish teeny little landscape features?

Perhaps the explanation for this whole blog can be found in my English origins- there must be SOME explanation ....
